Heritage.
Pathway. Partnership.
The Giants are built directly on the record-breaking success of the University of Manchester Kabaddi team — and that relationship still drives us forward.
An unprecedented, undefeated season
Under our founder’s leadership as President and Captain, the University of Manchester team achieved an undefeated season, sweeping every tournament in their path — a feat never before accomplished. That winning culture is the foundation of the Giants.

The rise of the women's team
Our women's team has grown season on season into one of the genuine powerhouses of the university scene — a rise that reached its peak with the 2026 National Championship. It's living proof of the inclusive, develop-anyone culture the Giants are built on: a place where players arrive new to the sport and leave as champions.
From campus to the international stage
MKC isn't just a university club — it's a launchpad. A growing number of our players have gone on to represent at the international level and beyond, led by our founder: a World Cup bronze and European Championship silver medalist. The route from the University of Manchester mat to the very top of the sport is real, and it runs straight through the Giants.
